Popular Courses

Allow individuals who are serious about baking and pastry arts to attain ready-to-work professional skills and knowledge. With an additional mixture of entrepreneurship knowledge, graduates are expected to perform supervising role in the baking and pastry field OR start their own baking business either online or offline.

Allow diploma students to take up the challenge for new pastry products creation and how to market them, or create a baking business blueprint and displaying the how on operating the business. This course allows the graduates to perform the role of a managing leader in the field of baking and pastry.

Emphasis on pastry-product-based creation. This course is for individuals that do not have the time to attend a full-time course and serves as an introductory course for baking experience. Individuals who participated in Short Baking Course are able to produce basic to intermediate level pastries through our proven formulas.

For a person, who got no idea or clue what baking is. Till now, I have learn a tons of skills last 6 months. For example, how to differentiate flour, sugar, UHT and etc. To be honest, I'm very excited when I attending my first class baking class. 学院上课氛围很好 同学都很好相处 有问题老师会帮忙解决也会学到解决办法. ·学到很多烘焙知识 失败了的解决办法(比如油水分离可以用冷水/热水补救),有鸡蛋的蛋糕需要将鸡蛋杀菌(83℃),巧克力需要调温的温度,面包整形手法 还有很多... ,以后出去工作或自己做甜品也能知道这些知识,是很有帮助的. ·老师们都特别好,会照顾到每一位同学的状况,但有时状况很多会弄得老师忙不过来 晕头转向😆 ·先累积经验,有能力想自己开咖啡厅/在家接单卖蛋糕或面包.
