Jack 吴旻修is the founder of Jack Coffee and an
experienced barista training instructor. He has given seminars
in various education institutions including the famous Hsing
Wu University, performed technical consultations to different
F&B groups and hotels. As a coffee connoisseur, Jack teaches
students what the espresso standard is and the step-by-step
routine for proper selection of the right coffee beans, coffee
bean roasting skills, brewing consistent extractions, as well as
how to steam silky textured milk so you can prepare the
Cappuccino, Latte, Flat White and all the other delicious milk-
based coffees in the Cafe Menu, with basic Latte Art.
Furthermore, Jack also teaches roasted coffee bean packaging
which many students appreciate.
